Drive intuitively
If you can drive, you can drive a Volt. Instead of turning a key, you push a blue button. Rather than looking at dials and needles, you check two interactive LCD screens for feedback based on four driving modes you can seamlessly switch between to best suit your driving style.
Normal mode enables Volt to drive like a conventional car, only more efficiently. Sport mode gives drivers more aggressive feedback and heightened response. Mountain mode maintains a power reserve for climbing long, steep grades. And Hold mode allows you to hold your battery charge in reserve during stop-and-go traffic.
Even the simple act of braking has been taken to the next level with regenerative braking, which captures some of the energy usually lost during braking and converts it to electricity that’s stored in the battery.

With RemoteLink Key Fob Services, you can unlock your automatic door locks remotely if your keys are locked inside or in case of an emergency. With factory installed and enabled remote start, you can also remotely start or turn off your car, as well as activate your vehicle’s horns and lights to help locate it in a crowded parking lot.
