The 2014 Plug-in Conference (www.plugin2014.com (http://www.plugin2014.com)) is happening this week in San Jose and below is a press release from the Electric Power Research Institute (www.epri.com (http://www.epri.com)) on an "open platform" including automakers and utilties.
At least, symbolically, this is great to see automakers in the conversation with utilities but this seems to be put the cart before the horse? Can you say "Electric Vehicle Washing?"
